Throughout the latter part of the 19th century Russia had the largest and most stable economy and currency in Europe. During that time the Rothschild central banking cartel made numerous overtures to the Tsars to allow them to introduce central banking which were all rebuffed. This enraged Rothschild. Over the next 70 years the jews would build a system of engineered famines and gulags with which they would murder 70 million Russians, Ukrainians, Khazaks, and others under their control.
