Olive Leaf Tea – Covid and Influenzas

As explained in the recent post, I was unaware until recently of the benefits of the Olive Leaf, of which I have millions on my property. So here are the two main uses you can put it to.

The Easy One – Infusion

You can make Olive Tea essentially by doing this:

Wash the Olive Leaves first, especially if freshly picked as the plants usually have a natural dust-like residue on them which though not dirt is not part of the process you want.

Put a smallish amount of leaves (a small bunch, a full tablespoon say or so) for each cup of boiling water you add, and allow to steep in a covered pot or teapot for about 15 minutes or so.

They say to drink one or preferably two cups a day as a preventive, but I warn you, the taste done this way is absolutely foul. Some people mix other herbs in like ginger or peppermint, I doubt lemon or honey would cause any harm to the properties of the tea either and it makes it more palatable.

The benefits of it are really quite astonishing now that I have looked into it and I understand why the doctor that discusses it in this post says it’s his one of top 5 things as far as he is concerned. And keep in mind he discusses this as help for healing the VAXXED too, not just a preventative and curative for Covid and flues in general. It has curative properties and prophylactic ones for liver and lungs too.

The Harder (but still easy) – Tincture

I found a very good explanation of how to make tinctures and archived it here. Or, if you’re like me, shove a bunch of leaves in a jar, pour enough vodka in it to cover the leaves (at least 40% proof Vodka) and seal the jar. Store in a dark place away from sunlight and give it a shake daily if you remember. After about a month and a half or so, pour the now greenish vodka into a dark glassed container, and/or store it in a dark place.

For using it as a prophylactic they recommend about 1 or 2 ml a couple or three times a day, say after or before meals. If fighting off an infection you can increase that to say 5 ml two or three times a day.

The Hardest Way – Essential Oil Making

David James, the same guy from the recent post, pointed out that you can buy a distiller to make essential oil from the leaves, meaning an even more potent level of extraction of the relevant properties, but of course, the process is a bit more involved and requires some expensive equipment. He gave a link to one product (I have no association whatsoever) here.

On a side note, I already have people emailing me how much would it cost to post them olive leaves by the kg. I have no idea yet, and it depends on where they need to be posted to, but an easy answer would be that as long as you pay the postage and for my time to go post it and as long as I provide you a photo or proof of postage in some way, so you don’t complain to me if customs doesn’t allow it or confiscates it where you are, because they think it’s some voodoo or a weird drug, or whatever, then I am sure I can make it a reasonable price for the actual leaves.
