Remember how I said it would take something drastically stupid and insane to kick things off in a really hot way? Well… never let it be said that the diasporans and their masters are mentally healthy and well-balanced…

Russian Defense Ministry warns:

“The United States are planning a false flag operation in Ukraine, with the use of highly toxic and banned substances” – General Igor Kirillov, Head of Protection of Forces from Radiation, Chemical and Biological Weapons.

He stresses that in the given environment, Washington believes there will be no opportunity to effectively investigate who carried out the provocation.

Summary of statements from the briefing by the Chief of Protection of Forces from Radiation, Chemical and Biological Weapons:

◾️ The United States selectively fulfills its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention, by legalizing poisonous substances;

◾️ Russian laboratories make it possible to determine the country of origin, in the event a chemical weapon is released;

◾️ Shrapnel ammunition has been delivered to Ukraine, under the guise of building materials;

◾️ NATO is preparing to supply Ukraine with 600,000 doses of antidotes for poisonous substances – (how come?)

◾️ There are armored vehicles, delivered from the United States, with chemical substances in them, that have advanced to the line of contact;

❗️A delivery of psychotropic substances has made its way to Kramatorsk, Donetsk Republic (ex-Ukraine) – where the West is preparing a provocation;

◾️ The United States expects that blame for the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine will be laid on the Russian Federation.
