Note the symbolisms
Vox posted this excellent meme and I could not help but notice the symbolisms in it even just at first glance.
The ones I easily spotted:
The ball-sack/penis is actually also a potion/lab bottle that rises through the two snakes (international symbol of medicine and alchemy) if that’s not telling you they enjoy buggering you with pharmakeia I don’t know what is.
The butthole is positioned directly over the world.
The torch is the flame of “illumination”.
And the “pentagram” is actually a six pointed star (as in of david).
There are, of course, many more but these might be ones you would not immediately notice.
